Ilchester Arms is Located in the picturesque village of Symondsbury,
tucked beneath the local landmark, Colmers Hill, The Ilchester Arms
is a 16th century village inn with oak beams and a huge open
fireplace in the bar area. We are the second oldest building in the
Village.

Ilchester Arms is the ideal choice for dining out and enjoying a
relaxing drink in convivial company in the heart of the scenic West
Dorset countryside.
We
have a cask Mark for our Real Palmers Ales, Located only 2 miles
away, We are proud to be a Palmers Pub, and serve their excellent
beers. Four Palmers fine ales are brewed in the original Old Brewery
at Bridport. They combine the finest ingredients with traditional
methods that have built Palmers’ reputation since 1794. We have
also worked closely with the Palmers Wine Store to ensure our wine
list complements the food we offer.
We
are proud to work with many local suppliers, forging partnerships
with them to ensure the freshness and quality we require.
